interior design plans
Commercial spaces
You probably have ideas and plans for your business or project, and to achieve success, you’ll need the tools of interior design as well.
For your business or project plans to succeed, you’ll need the tools of interior design. In a business interior, design itself can either support the realization of your goals or work against your success. In nearly 30 years, we have experienced countless times: there are no neutral solutions here. The space must reflect the business’s identity and be truly authentic.
By international standards, top-tier design, a sure sense of style, and originality of spaces are now taken for granted at any reputable design studio. Most of the successful entrepreneurs who choose us expect even more.
They expect that design is not created for its own sake, but as an effective tool for achieving their marketing and business goals. To achieve this, we not only provide interior design services, but also offer our refined analysis and project management methodology developed over many years, which ensures reliable results and a reassuring process.
We help you clarify several key points so that design can truly become an extension of your business plan.
Since we always work on a custom basis, we map out our clients’ needs through several in-depth discussions and/or brand analysis before the first designs are completed—sometimes uncovering needs even the client themselves were not aware of. Custom design allows materials, dimensions, and forms to depend entirely on the client, which means there is virtually no interior design challenge for which we cannot find the optimal solution.
We can best cooperate with this method if you or your team are personally invested in achieving your business success. This method is not suitable for collaboration with the management of multinational corporations.
The large number of positive client feedbacks guarantees a smooth implementation, thanks to our reliable contractor partners and the exceptionally detailed design documentation.
Our task is not only to select the right colors, materials, and forms, but to ensure that all these elements strengthen your business in the best possible way.
Our Business Service Plans
During our designer consultation, we can answer smaller interior design questions. For example, if you need to design a specific piece of furniture in an almost finished shop, or if a space is missing colors or decorative elements.
There are also cases when the client has the skill and time to think through and research furnishings, is well on their way to realizing their dream business, but still gets stuck and needs guidance. That’s when we come in, offering a few ideas to give extra momentum to the process already underway. We call this design process hourly consultation. In these cases, after the first meeting, the quote will include an estimated number of hours, based on the agreed workload. If additional hours are needed, we will notify you in advance during the rest of the process.
It is also possible to book consultation only, in which we share the best of our nearly 30 years of experience, condensed into an intensive 3-hour session: with ideas, sketches, and two designers.
Consultation at our office: 185,000 HUF (net).
On-site consultation: approximately 245,000 HUF (based on individual agreement).
The goal of the interior designer’s concept plan is to find the spatial relationship system that best fits the clients’ needs, possibilities, and objectives, and to examine and compare what the property itself allows for.
The area to be designed is planned on a conceptual level according to preliminary discussions. We define functions, spatial relationships, and furniture layouts on floor plans and simplified visual sketches, illustrating the arrangement of the spaces to be created, as well as providing guidance on colors and harmonies—we can help with all of these!
How does the process work?
Our concept planning begins with an analysis: for existing spaces, we conduct a survey to determine the starting point. This is followed by a “question bath,” then we provide a selection of images. The idea is that you receive many images in various colors and styles from us, which we will discuss together. You can share what you like or dislike, and what certain photos or colors mean to you. Next, we start creating floor plan variations, but the conversation does not stop: here, we want to know with which variation you can imagine the living space of your business. For this, it’s important for us to know your (or your team’s) dynamics or even problem points. This is how the concept plan is put together, showing the best solutions possible within your options.
- Concept-level planning of the most important spaces identified during consultations, along with related motifs.
- Floor plans and visual sketches illustrating the functional layout of the spaces to be created.
- Guidance on surface materials, colors, and harmonies.
- Consultation for 2-3 people at the Geppetto office in District II.
- On-site or co-designer consultation for 1-2 people, either at the construction site or the co-designer’s office.
- Floor plans – top view sketches.
- Visual sketches – massing diagrams of the main views without exact textures.
- The plans are developed with continuous consultation, so any necessary changes can be made for each room after reviewing the details.
Our best value design package is an advanced version of the concept plan, created based on the guiding harmonies defined in it. Starting from the concept plan, here the visual aspect becomes a priority: we present the visually important structures, technologies, and materials. In many cases, further designer consultations or detailed construction drawings may be required during implementation.
The style plan is colorful, spectacular, and rich in detail.
Beyond the elements listed in the concept plan (link to Concept Plan section), here we precisely define the materials, colors, and products to be used on the floor plans (with their exact specifications). We prepare a lighting plan, and for kitchens, even furniture elevation drawings can be requested.
As a result, you will receive a highly detailed and visually impressive, colorful 3D visualization. We hand this over to our clients, who can then independently source the tiles, lighting fixtures, faucets, and other necessary products.
Of course, there is also the possibility for multi-person consultations at the Geppetto office, on-site, or at the recommended supplier—these can all be tailored to our clients’ needs and the specific project.
During the meeting, the concept plans are presented in person, with a personal presentation and plan overview. Since the plans are developed with continuous consultation, changes can be made for each room after reviewing the individual plan sections.
Why should you request a style plan?
In a nutshell: because this is the essence of interior design expertise. For those who want to go even further—for example, to know how to request accurate quotes, hold contractors accountable, or manage a construction or major renovation so that it’s about positive experiences rather than stress—we recommend visiting the interior design plan section.
The interior design package is a comprehensive documentation suitable for requesting detailed contractor quotes. Once you receive it, implementation can even begin with a good general contractor.
The interior design plans contain all the necessary information broken down by trades, so each expert can provide an accurate price for their specific area. Contractors cannot raise their prices afterward, as all details have been specified in advance. In addition to pricing, deadlines and quality can also be controlled and enforced with our interior design plans. This not only gives you peace of mind by allowing you to stay in control, instead of being at the mercy of the contractor, but also allows you to schedule construction financing precisely, and in case of any price dispute, you can compare the plans with the final result.
Why is it worth considering an interior design plan?
Beyond the fact that we provide you with a comprehensive set of documentation, you will also have the opportunity for multiple personal consultations at the Geppetto office in District II, as well as two on-site meetings or meetings with the co-designer, and one or two meetings with the contractor or suppliers.
We guide you through requesting contractor quotes and the necessary consultations with two recommended contractors. We also help you request quotes for the specified materials, contacting one supplier for each material.
In addition to the floor plans, colored floor plans, elevation and colored elevation drawings, we also prepare a lighting plan, furniture and wallpaper schedules, and a materials list. We also provide a furnishing plan that shows not only the main dimensions, characteristics, materials, and functions of the furniture but also their material designations. You will receive implementation-ready plans from us, which contain all the information required for carpentry manufacturing drawings. In addition, we precisely define all visually important elements such as sanitary fittings, light fixtures, furniture, interior doors, and accessories.
With our interior design plan, you will receive a detailed, complex solution for (re)defining your business, which not only leads you towards your dreams but also gives you great security throughout the realization. This way, construction or renovation will not be about stress and frustration, but rather a fantastic experience—and we will be there with you every step of the way.
Business Package Add-ons
Preparatory work, analysis, mapping possibilities, thematic ideas, selection of services, and personal consultation with the client.
One of the main goals of the preparatory phase is to ensure that, based on the consultations, the client can confidently answer the key business questionnaire.
Then, based on these answers, the designer’s brief necessary for visual brand development is prepared and discussed. This serves as a guideline for anyone involved in the visual identity concept design in terms of the goals to be achieved. The visual concept acts as a reference for the development of any element or detail of the visual identity. It lays down fundamental values which, together with a brief, provide clear design tasks for designers whenever the brand is represented or expanded (including interior design, logo design, web identity, offline branding, signage, graphics, packaging, clothing, promotional items, campaign identity, booth design, shop adaptation/mutation, etc.).
It also includes the identification of key services related to the site’s theme, which can form the basis for both visual (brand, interior design) presentation.
Providing support to the client during the tendering process for contractors and suppliers, through a consultation-based approach.
The implementation plan package can be supplemented with on-site designer consultations. The team of architects and engineering designers is provided, and since the available time is limited, the necessary construction details will be coordinated through consultations with the contractor, utilizing their constructiveness and flexibility. We recommend a weekly three-hour cooperation during the construction phase; any additional requirements should be handled within an extra hourly fee structure.
Briefing the specialist designers responsible for the visual appearance based on the concept plan. Supervising their work during construction. The concept plan also serves as a guiding document for the post-handover period, providing a foundation for future marketing strategies and visual representations.
